We always order from Verona. Unfortunately this time, the delivery driver knocked at the door and instead of waiting for us to answer straight away put the pizza box on the wet ground. This is appalling, especially when you are paying for a delivery service

Order arrived in reasonable time. Pizza seemed over done, with crusts dry. Cheese garlic bread was decent enough. Chips that came with burger and wrap. Naff. Clearly been through the ringer, had obviously been fried more than once. Shame, as the skinny fries used to be banging! Now we have over done regular chips :-(

13 years using Verona and they didn't deliver free pizza on a £25.40 order. I rang and was told they have increased minimum spend from £25 to £28 and have yet to deliver new menus (also not included in order) They didn't even bother to ring and tell me this or ask if I wanted free chips/garlic bread (told that's now increased from £15 to £18). They didn't honour it or even care, so I wont be using Verona again and will go elsewhere.
